A shortcut to know me

Only my father and my mother knew how many toys I dismantled to understand how they worked. Attracted by what can make me move faster, from skateboards to bicycles, I grow up with a motorbike and a wrench in hand.

As a teenager and already perfectionist, I acquired skills in photography and video editing as well as audio recording. Music is a big part of my life and at the age of 15 years old I played in a few bands as a lead singer/guitarist and composed my own songs. I also went a bit digital and composed jingles and music for Atari and Amiga video games. I participated in community projects and had an exciting political and militant life. I was involved in youth associations and had part in the creation of the French Federation of Angry Bikers. I also had my moment of glory in the romantic first days of the Pirate Radios move in the 80's Paris holding a microphone.

While I was completing my academical education I was hired by International Computer, european first Apple reseller, mainly for my perseverance to get things to work and my technical knowledge in several OS (Mac and Windows) and Networking. In the 90s I founded ID Assistance to provide small/medium business company short delay maintenance and SLA. After a rapid experience on the BBS and the French Minitel I quickly switch my activities to the newborn Internet and started to work on the Web and IT project management.

A few months before 2000 I founded Shocksite Israel to provide web-solution in a dynamic environment oriented ERP and DB management. I signed a partnership with GPLhost to provide my customers with better control on infrastructures and security. At the same time I started to play Roller Hockey in the Israel National league (5 years as captain of Netanya team) I enjoyed every second in this competitive and team game.

In 2003 I worked as CTO for a cutting edge security company in Israel related to Fortigate products.

I joined the Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware community, a full-featured, Open Source all-in-one Wiki and data management. Tiki Wiki is a very powerful web application I contribute in for several years. Today I'm one of the project's admins and if you want to know more, click here.

From 2004 to 2007 I acquired a wide knowledge on POS as IT Admin and ERP Admin and was responsible for a 6500 products catalog and 8 stores data systems provided by Retalix (subsidiary of NCR).

In 2007 I worked for a French/Israeli startup, Netineo specialized in video delivery on the Internet and mobiles as a project manager for Orange Europe R&D with the HomeLook project.

In 2010 I worked...
